Each emiko-o item you purchase will be shipped gift-ready, wrapped in colorful tissue and organza drawstring pouch with an artist and care card included. Kids bracelets are pre-packaged in clear cellophane bags with an artist/care card attached. If your purchase is shipping directly to a loved one as a gift, we are happy to include your personal note on an emiko-o postcard. For personalized notes, please let us know in the Notes section when placing your order.
FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE US:
Orders will be shipped once payment has cleared. All merchandise will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation and Insurance. Allow 5-10 business days for delivery, depending on availability.
Shipping/handling cost is based on a flat rate of $7.20 plus $1.00 per item ordered.

CHRISTMAS 2018 SHIPPING
For US Domestic orders to arrive before December 25th, you must place your order no later that December 16, 2018 to guarantee delivery on most items by December 24th. For items that are listed as a “custom order”, the deadline to order is December 7, 2018.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Orders will be shipped once payment has cleared. All merchandise will be shipped USPS First Class Mail (considered Parcel Post) unless Customer notifies emiko o via email with preferred shipment method. In which case Customer will be charged a separate shipping fee via SquareUp. Tracking included but NOT Insurance. Valuation of goods will be declared. Shipping/handling cost is based on a flat rate plus a per item charge (see below).

Shipping cost is determined by quantity of items in order: $25 for 1-2 items, $45 for 3-4 items, $60 for 5-6 items and $75 for 7 and up. Taxes and duties included. Customer will be invoiced via SquareUp. Items cannot be shipped until payment clears.
WHAT IF MY SHIP-TO COUNTRY ISN'T AN OPTION WHEN I SELECT SHIPPING?
Not all countries allow for import of jewelry or fashion accessories, so if you aren't able to select a shipping option at checkout, please email email@example.com so we can determine if your ship-to country accepts our products. Most likely we just need to add your country to our ship-to listings!

Returns of paid merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods, for exchanges/store credit, no refunds, and only if the returned item(s) are in perfect condition without signs of wear.*
