SHIPPING
Each emiko-o item you purchase will be shipped gift-ready, wrapped in colorful tissue and organza drawstring pouch with an artist and care card included. Kids bracelets are pre-packaged in clear cellophane bags with an artist/care card attached. If your purchase is shipping directly to a loved one as a gift, we are happy to include your personal note on an emiko-o postcard. For personalized notes, please let us know in the Notes section when placing your order.
FOR ORDERS WITHIN THE US:
Orders will be shipped once payment has cleared. All merchandise will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with Insurance.
Shipping/handling cost is based on a flat rate of $10.40 plus $.50 per item ordered.
EXAMPLES:
1 item = $10.90 shipping
2 items = $11.40 shipping
DOMESTIC RUSH ORDERS
US Domestic orders that need to be delivered in less than 2 weeks will be considered RUSH and may incur an additional $25 Rush Fee. Please email: eo@emikooreware.com to request a RUSH order. Customer will be invoiced via Stripe to pay RUSH fee with credit card. Additional shipping fees may apply.
SAN FRANCISCO LOCAL PICKUP OPTION
You now have the option to select Local Pickup at checkout if you plan on being in San Francisco, CA and wish to have curbside pickup. We will email you to coordinate a day/time for pickup once your order is ready.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Orders will be shipped once payment has cleared. All merchandise will be shipped USPS International First Class Mail (considered Parcel Post) unless Customer notifies emiko o via email with preferred shipment method. In which case Customer will be charged a separate shipping fee via Stripe. Tracking and Insurance are NOT included. Valuation of goods will be declared. Shipping/handling cost is based on a flat rate plus a per item charge (see below).
Allow 10-21 business days for delivery, depending on availability and ship-to location.
Will NOT ship to ITALY due to Italy's stringent customs laws.
FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS (excluding North America & Italy):
Shipping fee flat rate = $19.50
FIRST CLASS SHIPPING TO CANADA + MEXICO:
Shipping fee base rate = $15
INTL RUSH ORDERS (when you need it sooner than 10-21 business days)

International Rush orders will be shipped DHL Express with tracking and insurance. Shipping cost is determined by quantity of items in order: $35 for 1-2 items, $45 for 3-4 items, $60 for 5-6 items and $75 for 7 and up. Taxes and duties included. Customer will be invoiced via SquareUp. Items cannot be shipped until payment clears.
WHAT IF MY SHIP-TO COUNTRY ISN'T AN OPTION WHEN I SELECT SHIPPING?
Not all countries allow for import of jewelry or fashion accessories, so if you aren't able to select a shipping option at checkout, please email eo@emikooreware.com so we can determine if your ship-to country accepts our products. Most likely we just need to add your country to our ship-to listings!
RETURNS
Need a different bracelet size or different color way? We can help with that. Earrings are final sale.
Returns of paid merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods, for exchanges/store credit, no refunds, and only if the returned item(s) are in perfect condition without signs of wear.*

When an exchange is requested and there is a balance due for the new item, you will be billed via SquareUp before the exchanged items are shipped out. Exchanged items will be shipped out upon receipt of returned items and payment of balance if applicable. Additional shipping may apply.
Approved return items are to be shipped back insured and securely packed in a box, not in an envelope.*
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost to emiko o reware.
